Join us for Women's Night Out at a different local restaurant on the 2nd Monday of each month.
If you are past your 80th birthday, come on over to the Community room the second Wednesday of the month for lively interactions. There we laugh & picnic as well occasionally share a tidbit of accumulated joy or wisdom. Mark your calendar. BYO picnic. No RSVP needed.
On the Second Sunday of the month we collect a sock donation for the clients of Well in the Desert. The Well serves the population of the Coachella Valley in poverty prevention, intervention and advocacy.

Yes, yarn crafting again! Join Rev. Ian as we think about the ways that the long, slow process of creating large pieces of fabric to decorate our homes and keep us warm and cozy can point to possibilities for resilience and persistence in a changing world.

On the third Sunday of every month from October to June we share half of our plate collections with a non-profit 501c3 organization. The Share the Plate recipients have been nominated and elected by members and friends from a pool of non-profits organizations serving the Coachella Valley and surrounding desert cities.

This week, we welcome the Rev. Frank Dunn. He and his husband, Joseph Casazza, are neighbors, living in Cathedral City. Rev. Dunn will focus on a few of the many lessons he has learned over his half-century career as an Episcopal priest, and from his involvement in all aspects of congregational life. Says Rev. Dunn: “I couldn’t possibly unpack more than a slice or two of what I’ve learned, but there’s a handful of things I’ve learned that might be useful to others in assessing what they have gleaned from the practice of Christianity. No one enters our lives without having something to teach us.
Introduced by the Social Justice Committee in January 2023. Donate formula, which will be given to Galilee Center for distribution to their families with babies.
Why donate formula rather than money? Due to shortages, stores have been setting tight limits on the number of cans per purchase. Our donations help Galilee Center hand out more formula each month to families with babies who are unable to buy it on their own.
