Our quality of life for the rest of our life will be determined by our health. If we don’t take active measures both will deteriorate. Come join us for little known information, resources and protocols for pushing back on aging and improving health. NO medical advice will be provided. Topics and themes will be selected based on group interest. This month topics will be “How to Increase Restorative Sleep” and “Sleep Apnea.” The group will be facilitated by Marty Gronewald, a Functional Medicine Health Coach.
