Annual Congregational Meeting

The Congregation is the ultimate authority for all matters pertaining to the Church.  The purpose of the Annual Church Meeting  is to conduct the business of the church.

At the meeting we will have reports from the board president, the minister, and the standing committees. We will vote on new board members and a new member to the nominating committee. We will vote on the budget and possible other church business.

The agenda and additional information will be sent out via email.

Members can vote online after the meeting and will be confidential. Members will receive a link to the voting site after the congregational meeting.

If you do not have access to online voting please request a paper absentee ballot at admin@uucod.org. You can also pick-up a paper ballot at the church after May 1, 2022.

All completed absentee ballots need to be received in the office by Monday May 9, 2022.
