Climate Justice Revival Weekend: Reimagine Together – From an Extractive Age to a New Era

On Sunday, September 29, Rev. Ian will preach about “Reviving Climate Possibility: Nurturing Interdependence.” This service is part of a nation-wide UU Climate Justice Revival Weekend. Congregations all over the country will share Sunday services about the environment and how we can reimagine how we participate in our changing climate. And congregations will also be sharing workshops and conversations on the Saturday before.

UUCOD has registered for this weekend and we’ll be sharing at least one workshop and collaborative conversation on Saturday, September 28, starting at 10am in the Community Room. We’ll have more details about what we’re up to in the weeks to come.

An opportunity to help: Rev. Ian is looking for a few volunteers to help with the Saturday event. The UUA team has provided us materials and curricula for the workshops and there is some training provided as well for facilitators. If you’d be interested in facilitating with Rev.
