Respecting the preciousness of this human embodiment and living a life of internal balance in a world of change.
Maintaining good health becomes both increasingly important and difficult as we get older. The focus of this group will be on sharing information, resources and self-empowering protocols for improving health, maximizing active health span, and managing specific concerns. We are not giving medical advice or wanting to replace your relationship with your medical providers. Rather we're hoping this can be a learning 'adventure' that can make a significant positive difference in your life, for the rest of your life. The group will be facilitated by Marty Gronewald, Functional Medicine Health Coach. For the first meeting our topic is "Protecting Yourself from Airborne Infections" or "How to Not Get the Flu."
