Healthy Aging Support Group
Community Room 72425 Via Vail, Rancho Mirage, CA, United StatesOur quality of life for the rest of our life will be determined by our health. If we don't take active measures both will deteriorate. Come join us for little known information, resources and protocols for pushing back on aging and improving health. NO medical advice will be provided.
Topics and themes will be selected based on group interest. This month topics will be "How to Increase Restorative Sleep" and "Sleep Apnea."

Formula on the Fourth
Introduced by the Social Justice Committee in January 2023. Donate formula, which will be given to Galilee Center for distribution to their families with babies.
Why donate formula rather than money? Due to shortages, stores have been setting tight limits on the number of cans per purchase. Our donations help Galilee Center hand out more formula each month to families with babies who are unable to buy it on their own.
