So much of our learning about the world and our life and relationships comes to us through the stories we hear and the stories we share. Throughout our lives, stories open our hearts and our minds, pass on deep wisdom, and inspire possibility and hope. Join us as we share some ancient and modern stories together.

The ancient Christian story of Easter offers us a chance to ponder how we free ourselves from the fear and anxieties of our lives. Where do we find courage and hope? How do we see new possibilities for life? Our choir will sing and we will welcome new members to our beloved community!

Investing in Mother Earth is the theme of Earth Day 2022. Human induced global warming is rapidly altering the interdependent ecological systems that support life on Earth. We'll examine what local governments are doing to sustain the desert oasis we call home, and what UUCOD can do to responsibly tend our own two-acre slice of heaven. Additional information on the Sacred Grounds initiative and how you can support it will be provided on the patio prior to and following the service.
